As a graduate of the University of Georgia (Class of 2017), I have begun my career at Microsoft as a Support Engineer. Through this role, I have gained a diverse range of technical skills, as well as honed my soft skills through interactions with customers from all over the world.
In May of 2022, I decided to embark on a new career path in Product Management at Microsoft. Since then, I have been fortunate to be able to help our customers, both current and future, to better understand and utilize our products through interactive and hands-on learning experiences.
My ultimate goal is to empower individuals and organizations by providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve more through the use of Microsoft products.
